By creating an account, accessing or using Linguist Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

You must comply with the laws of your country when using Speak like a Scholar.

If you are below the minimum legal age required to create an online account in your country, you should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may not impersonate another person or intentionally provide false account information.

Linguist Pro is designed to help people learn languages.

You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• attempt to hack or interfere with the service
• access another person's account
• upload malicious software
• misuse AI features
• copy or redistribute lessons without permission
• attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
• interfere with other users

Linguist Pro offers both free (Scholar) and paid (Master) memberships.

Master subscriptions provide additional features and benefits.

Subscription prices, billing periods and trial offers may change over time.

If applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not normally refund previous payments unless required by law.

Linguist Pro includes AI-powered learning tools.

Although we work hard to improve AI accuracy, AI responses may occasionally:

• contain mistakes
• use regional variations
• offer alternative translations
• misunderstand questions

AI features are intended as educational assistance and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed correct.

Users should exercise their own judgement while learning.

Linguist Pro is continually reviewed and improved.

Languages naturally change over time and often vary between countries, regions and native speakers.

Although we aim to provide accurate educational content, occasional mistakes, alternative translations or regional differences may occur.

Users should understand that language learning is not always absolute and different valid expressions may exist.

All lessons, graphics, branding, logos, text, designs, illustrations, learning systems and educational content within Linguist Pro remain the intellectual property of Linguist Pro unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content for your personal learning only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or publicly share substantial portions of the app without permission.

Linguist Pro may rely on trusted third-party providers to operate certain features, including authentication, subscriptions, AI services, analytics and cloud hosting.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Linguist Pro is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We aim to keep Linguist Pro available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Linguist Pro is provided "as is."

While we work continuously to improve the quality of the app, we do not guarantee that every lesson, translation or AI response will always be complete, accurate or free from errors.

Learning outcomes vary between individuals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linguist Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that seriously violate these Terms or intentionally misuse the platform.

Examples include repeated abuse of AI features, attempts to compromise security, fraudulent activity or behaviour that harms other users or the service.

These Terms may occasionally be updated as Linguist Pro develops.

When significant changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the app after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
